Assistant Managers

Have you worked in retail, fast food, convenience  store, or another sector of the service industry?  Are you a “go-getter” that has shown management potential?  Is customer service your number one objective?  If you answered a resounding “YES” to all of these questions, an opportunity for you to join the Country Fair team as a Assistant Manager is on the horizon.


  • Five day work week, 40 hours per week.  One day off during the week and one day off on the  weekend.  Combination of day and  evening shifts.

  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and store appearance.
  • Full charge of the general store in the Manager's absence.
  • Getting the job done - and having a little fun!

Assistant Managers earn a competitive hourly rate, are provided with an excellent health insurance package, and receive frequent wage increases that are tied to performance evaluations.
